GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Oneivory. An item may be eligible for return if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Is different from what was ordered

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original condition, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

REFUND POLICY

1. Fees once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

  • Multiple times debiting of Card/Bank Account due to technical error or account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded.

2. The customer will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.

3. The application in the prescribed format should be sent to Oneivory.

4. The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by Oneivory_through electronic mode in favour of the customer and confirmation sent to the mailing address given, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
